Rehan Chawdry

Rehan Chawdry has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to software development, healthcare, public safety, and data management. Rehan is currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Atropos Health, where they are responsible for building and leading teams focused on infrastructure, security, development, and data. Rehan has expertise in migrating infrastructure to AWS and ensuring compliance with HIPAA/HITRUST policies. Rehan also establishes development standards and automates the CI/CD pipeline using AWS CodeBuild/CodeDeploy/CodePipeline products.

Prior to their current role, Rehan worked at Aver Inc. as the Director of Software Development. Rehan led teams in building value-based care analytics products and claims adjudication platforms. Rehan provided support and mentorship to team members and coordinated the rollout of company products with external providers.

Rehan has also held positions at Vixis, LLC and Inxite Health, where they founded a technology company focusing on public safety and healthcare, as well as serving as CTO for a care coordination platform. Rehan has experience in managing teams, mentoring junior developers, and overseeing software development projects.

In addition, Rehan has contributed to the field of public safety through their role as Subcommittee Chair for the FBI CJIS Advisory Committee at the IJIS Institute. Rehan worked with industry partners to advise on the FBI's National Data Exchange program and clarify technical and policy issues.

Earlier in their career, Rehan worked at Sypherlink and CommSys, where they played integral roles in implementing public safety projects and guiding the companies' direction in the industry. At Sonnet Financial, they managed backend server systems and integrated vendor solutions for a financial currency exchange organization. Rehan also worked as a Software Engineer at Oacis Healthcare Systems, developing and configuring HL7 messages for hospital systems.
