Saurabh Gombar currently serves as Chief Medical Officer at Atropos Health since January 2020, leading initiatives in physician-to-physician digital consultations to enhance patient care through real-world experience. In addition to this role, Saurabh Gombar has been a Clinical Instructor at Stanford Health Care since June 2014 and previously completed a residency in pathology. Saurabh Gombar earned an MD and PhD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, focusing on Computational Biology and Genetics, after completing an MD/PhD program from 2007 to 2014. Earlier in the career, Saurabh Gombar founded Alpha Abacus, creating educational mobile apps for high school students, and worked as a Software Engineer at Ericsson, developing software for internet routing protocols. Saurabh Gombar completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
