Martha Gollar

Martha Gollar is a seasoned professional in executive recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Executive Recruitment at ATS Global since February 2021. Previously, Martha held the role of Human Resources Executive at Markelytics Solutions from February 2020 to August 2020, overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle along with onboarding and employee engagement activities. Prior to this, as Manager - HR at Humane HR Consultancy Services from July 2018 to February 2020, Martha was responsible for advertising client requirements and managing the entire recruitment process. Martha began the professional journey as a Block HR Intern at AkzoNobel in early 2018. Educationally, Martha holds a Master of Labour Studies in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from LNML MILS (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Commerce from D E Societys Kirti M Doongursee College of Arts Science & Commerce (2013-2016), along with completing Higher Secondary School in Commerce from S I W S College of Commerce and Economics and Smt Thirumalai College of Science.
