Mike James

Mike James has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as President of ATS Global since 1986, where leadership focuses on enhancing client profitability through strategic operational improvements and the integration of IT/OT tools with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. As Chair of the Board of Directors for various organizations, including MESA International, Mike has driven industry advancements in strategy, acquisitions, and smart manufacturing. Previous roles include Vice-President at Intech N.V., Division Controller at Indivers N.V., and significant management positions at Allen-Bradley and Poole Pottery. Mike holds a Diploma in Management Studies from Bournemouth University and is a Chartered Management Accountant from Solent University.
