Josh Cales

Josh Cales has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Josh started in 2001 at UOP Callidus as a Field Service and R&D Engineer before transitioning to a Sales Applications Engineer and Manager of Business Development. In 2006, they joined Honeywell UOP as the Regional General Manager for Asia Pacific, leading an 85-person team and overseeing various aspects of equipment design, engineering, manufacturing, and customer satisfaction. In 2014, they moved to Honeywell as the Vice President and General Manager of Alerton before becoming the General Manager of Alerton & Phoenix Controls. Currently, they are the President of ATS Automation, Inc.

Josh Cales obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oral Roberts University in 2001.
