Shandy Hanke

Shandy Hanke, PMI, is a highly experienced construction manager currently leading the Energy Division at ATS Automation, Inc. since March 2020, with a successful track record of overseeing over 18 construction projects valued from under $500,000 to nearly $12,000,000. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Project Manager and Safety Director at Optimum Energy, managing HVAC projects for international clients, and achieving 100% under-budget completion as a Construction Project Manager for Trane. Shandy also contributed to significant alternative energy projects at ECOtality and Holmes Electric, enhancing project efficiency and completion metrics. An extensive background as Electrical Foreman/Journeyman with IBEW Local #46 coupled with early experience in project management at Clark Signs rounds out a diverse career dedicated to customer service and project success. Shandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and maintains PMI PDU credits and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
