Shawn Rucshner, MBA, CEM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shawn started their career in the US Navy as a Machinist Mate - Engineering Laboratory Technician from October 1999 to February 2008.
Following their military service, Shawn joined Siemens Industry in 2008 as a Service Specialist. Shawn then worked as a Service Account Engineer from May 2010 to April 2012 before being promoted to Service Operations Supervisor, a role they held from April 2012 to May 2014. From May 2014 to March 2020, Shawn served as a Service Account Executive at Siemens Industry.
In 2020, Shawn joined ATS Automation, Inc as a Service Account Executive. Shawn later became a Service Sales Manager in May 2022, and currently holds the position of Service Manager since April 2023.
Throughout their career, Shawn has developed expertise in service management, sales, and engineering, and holds an MBA and CEM certification.
Shawn Rucshner, MBA, CEM completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2005 to 2007, they attended The New School, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Management. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Keller Graduate School of Management and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management.
In addition to their formal education, Shawn Rucshner also obtained a certification as a Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers in March 2014.
