Gabriele Valmori

Gabriele Valmori is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and engineering. Currently serving as the Global Lead Category Manager at ATS Automation since January 2022, Gabriele has a strong background in purchasing and supply chain management, previously holding the position of Purchasing Manager at Aetna Group Spa from March 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, Gabriele worked as a Global Category Manager for Automation & Robotics at Coesia S.p.A. from June 2016 to March 2020. Gabriele's career began at Electrolux, where a range of roles spanning over 14 years included Sourcing Engineer Manager and Team Leader in the Global R&D department for Food Preparation. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Engineer at EMICON. Gabriele holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and an Aeronautical expert degree from the Aeronautical Technical Institute.
