Helmut Hock

Helmut Hock has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. Helmut served as the Senior Vice President of the Transportation Segment at ATS Automation Tooling Systems, where they led seven divisions involved in designing and building custom automation equipment for automotive and heavy equipment companies. Prior to this, they were the Vice President and General Manager at ATS Automation. Helmut worked as a Senior Business Advisor at various firms, where they supported due diligence and business planning for an aerospace company and advised on the restructuring of a company under bankruptcy protection. Helmut also held the position of President at Royal Pipe Systems and Progressive Moulded Products, where they successfully managed the operations and led the sale of the latter to a Private Equity firm. As the General Manager of Large Tonnage Machines at Husky Injection Molding Systems, they implemented strategies that significantly increased revenues and market share. Earlier in their career, Helmut was the Facilities Manager at PaintPlas, where they oversaw engineering, maintenance, and information systems. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership and strategic expertise in improving operations and driving growth.

Helmut Hock earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Helmut attended the institution from 1976 to 1981.
