Joe Tassone

Mr. Tassone is the Vice President of Corporate Development of ATS, a position he has held since 2012. In this role, Mr. Tassone is responsible for ATS’s inorganic growth strategy and activities. Prior to joining ATS, Joe spent 9 years at TD Securities, a leading Canadian Investment Bank, where he advised companies in the broader industrials sectors in the execution of their respective M&A and financing strategies. Joe has extensive experience in structuring and executing M&A and Corporate Finance transactions having worked on numerous domestic & international transactions over his career. Joe holds a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto and has an MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management.
