Sarita Dankner

Sarita Dankner serves as the Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at ATS Corporation since January 2019, with previous roles including Vice President of Legal and Global Compliance. Prior to ATS, Sarita held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Chicken Farmers of Ontario, where responsibilities included advising the executive leadership team and managing legal, regulatory, and corporate secretarial functions. Experience at Sobeys spanned from February 2003 to March 2017, culminating in the role of Vice President, Legal. Sarita began legal career as an Associate Lawyer at Brans Lehun Baldwin LLP from January 2001 to February 2003. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and two years of study towards a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) at Western University.
