Jennifer J. Reynolds, MSc., PMP, CSM, Prosci, is a Senior Project Manager at ATS Consulting, Inc. since June 2023 and a Program|Project Management Consultant since March 2019. With extensive experience at the Technical Standards & Safety Authority as a Project Manager from February 2022 to April 2023, and as a Manager of Customer Operations at Toronto Hydro Electric System Ltd. from December 2010 to March 2019, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in developing strategies and operationalizing customer and stakeholder engagement for construction infrastructure projects in the Greater Toronto Area. Earlier roles included serving as Manager of ESG, Community Engagement, Marketing, and Business Development at Toronto Hydro from 1998 to 2010, where Jennifer led innovative strategies and initiatives.
