Deepak Dhingra

Deepak Dhingra, MBA, has extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at ATS Infrastructure Ltd since October 2012. Key responsibilities include business modeling of real estate projects, construction management, implementing KPIs and MIS reports, resource planning, and stakeholder management. Expertise also extends to earned value analysis, project cash flow and cost management, budget preparation, material reconciliation, and adopting lean construction methodologies. Prior roles include Planning Engineer at DLF Limited, Site Civil Engineer at Alchemist Realty Ltd, and Graduate Engineering Trainee at Shapoorji Pallonji Group. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from PEC University of Technology and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Panjab University.
