Charlie Rindfleisch

Charlie Rindfleisch is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Advance Transportation Systems, Inc. since June 2016, Charlie oversees a team of over 15 employees in the Truckload, International, and Drayage departments, managing a diverse customer base of more than 425 clients. Previously, Charlie held the position of Team Leader for the Van/Reefer department, where insights contributed to a new customer-based team organizational structure in collaboration with the General Manager of Operations. Prior experience includes serving as a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics, effectively managing the end-to-end shipping process, and a Marketing Intern at Life Learning Center, responsible for outreach initiatives and content creation for local publications. Charlie Rindfleisch earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Cincinnati.
