Aditya Bhushan

Aditya Bhushan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Aditya started their career in 1999 as a Management Trainee at The Coca-Cola Company, where they successfully executed a logistics and supply chain project and improved market share and volume growth. Aditya then worked as an Area Sales Manager, where they achieved growth in sales volume and reduced credit in a contracting market.

In 2001, Aditya joined ATS Services Pvt Ltd as a Manager in Domestic Business, where they created an acquisition platform and significantly grew the business. Aditya later became a Business Manager, establishing a large outsourced cross-sell business from scratch, which grew to include 5 clients and 1500 employees. Aditya then took on the role of Chief Operating Officer, where they were responsible for driving new initiatives and managing the organization's BPO business. Aditya also established an analytics and pull marketing-based insurance retention business from scratch. In 2015, Aditya became the Managing Director of ATS Services Pvt Ltd, a position they hold currently.

Aditya Bhushan completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, with a focus on Finance and Marketing, from the College of Business Studies. Aditya attended from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Mount St Mary's from 1981 to 1993, though the degree and field of study are unspecified. Aditya Bhushan later pursued higher education and earned an MBA (FT) in Finance and Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi, completing their studies from 1997 to 1999.
