Kelly Shepard

Kelly Shepard, CRSP, NCSO, serves as the HSE Director at ATS Traffic since August 2017, specializing in the development of health, safety, and environmental programs. Prior experience includes the role of HSE Manager at Helical Pier Systems Ltd. from August 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities encompassed managing HSE compliance, advising senior management, conducting training, and leading incident investigations. Additionally, Kelly held the position of Quality & Safety Manager at Calmont Group/Volvo Truck Centre Ltd. in 2014 and worked as a Safety/Human Resources Advisor at System One Manufacturing from 2004 to 2014. Education includes a Certificate in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from the University of Alberta (2009-2010).
