Darya Sitdikova (Petryaeva)

Darya Sitdikova (Petryaeva) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Darya began their career as a Project Intern at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in 2012. Darya then worked as a Recruiter at FGC UES in 2013. In 2014, they joined Company Sartorg LTD as a BizDev Manager, where they focused on HR and marketing policies. Darya later became a Human Resources Project Coordinator at Nissan Motor Corporation in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Head of International Recruitment at Atsearch - Crowd Recruitment, an innovative recruitment agency specializing in IT Crowdsourced recruitment.
