Inga Esakova

Inga Esakova has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of recruitment. Inga co-founded Atsearch Group in 2014, where they specialize in finding market candidates in various fields such as programming, project management, mobile development, and ERP. Prior to that, Inga worked as the Head of Recruitment Department at ATON from 2010 to 2013, where they managed the recruitment process, developed talent programs, and maintained relationships with recruitment agencies. Inga also worked as a Recruitment Manager at National Bank TRUST in 2009 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Kelly Services CIS from 2006 to 2009, where they managed the full cycle of recruitment process, developed talent pipelines, and built strong relationships with client groups.

Inga Esakova's education history begins with their enrollment at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in 2001. Inga pursued a degree in Psychology and completed their studies in 2007.
