Douglas McCollum

Douglas McCollum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and system modernization for military operations. As a Senior Consultant at ECS and a Master Consultant at Enterprise Resource Performance Inc. (ERPi), Douglas provides expertise in modernizing Army business and warfighting IT systems.
