ATSUGI CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, purchase and sale of socks and inner wear products. The Company has three business segments. The Textile segment is primarily involved in the manufacture, purchase and sale of textile products, as well as the provision of logistics services. The Real Estate segment is mainly engaged in the sale and leasing of real estate properties. The Others segment is involved in the purchase and sale of nursing care products. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 10 consolidated subsidiaries and one associated company.
