Shao Ming Lim is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and organizational development. Current experience includes roles as Manager and Assistant Manager in HR Business Partnering at ATT Systems, along with a prior position as Assistant Manager in Learning & Organisation Development at the Singapore Institute of Technology. Previous experience also includes HR Executive at Ipsos Singapore and HR & Admin Executive at Cityneon Holdings Limited. Shao Ming Lim has pursued personal goals during a career break, after earning a Bachelor of Business degree from Nanyang Business School at Nanyang Technological University and a GCE A Level Certificate in Science from Nanyang Junior College.
