Brad Thompson

Brad Thompson possesses extensive experience in labor relations, financial analysis, and management within the telecommunications industry, having worked for AT&T, SBC Communications, and Southwestern Bell Telephone for over two decades. In roles such as Director of Labor Relations and Lead Labor Relations Manager at AT&T, Brad oversaw critical financial responsibilities while analyzing revenue and expenses across various product management organizations. Prior to AT&T, Brad contributed significantly as Chief of Staff for the Central & West Texas Installation & Repair District at SBC Communications, where budget tracking and productivity initiatives were key focuses. Brad's management experience includes overseeing maintenance operations and service teams in Central Texas. Earlier military service as an Artillery Officer in the US Army involved the management and training of personnel and equipment. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, where active participation in the Corps of Cadets and various honor societies occurred.
