Brandon Hartley has extensive experience in operations management and process improvement within the telecommunications industry. At AT&T from January 2006 to April 2009, Brandon served as Process Improvement Manager and Area Manager, overseeing Installation and Maintenance operations in Metro Atlanta and managing Time Standards and Metrics for 22 states. Prior to AT&T, Brandon worked at BellSouth Telecommunications from April 2002 to March 2003, holding the title of Regional Director - External Affairs and Area Manager, where responsibilities included managing a work center of 195 electronic technicians and overseeing service order testing for CLEC customers. Brandon also gained experience as an Area Manager at BellSouth from 2004 to 2006. Academically, Brandon earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and a degree in Marketing Management from Lander University.
