Charles Diener

Charles Diener has extensive experience in the telecommunications and cloud services sectors, currently serving as a Director at AT&T since November 2007. In this role, Charles manages a team of approximately 20 network and Linux administrators focused on SDN orchestration. Previously held positions at AT&T include Associate Director, Area Manager for Cloud Utilities, and Area Manager for the Cloud Incubation Program, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing engineering teams to facilitating product lifecycle support. Prior to AT&T, Charles worked as an Implementation Consultant at Interwise, where customer implementations and integration requirements were key duties, and held roles as a PreSale Consultant and Technical Support Supervisor. Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh.
