Clark Bailey II

Clark Bailey II, MBA, is a retired public affairs, public relations, and political communications executive with over 35 years of experience. They served as the Assistant Vice President of External Affairs Operations at AT&T, overseeing corporate political giving, PACs, and the enhancement of technology platforms. Prior to this role, Clark held significant positions, including Chief of Staff to senior vice presidents and led a successful regulatory team at SBC Oklahoma. Clark earned a B.S. with Honors in Broadcasting Management from Oklahoma State University and an MBA with High Honors from Oklahoma City University, and is recognized as a Fellow of the Public Affairs Institute. Throughout their career, Clark received numerous accolades, including recognition as a Champion of Diversity by AT&T and a Group Gold Vail Award for noteworthy public service.
