Col (Ret) Chris Stratmann is currently the Associate Director of the FirstNet Response Operations Group at AT&T, a position they began in 2025. Previously, they served as Section Chief in the same group from 2020 to 2024 and held several roles at AT&T, including Associate Director and FirstNet Solutions Consultant. Stratmann also has extensive military experience, having been the Chief Information Officer for the Kansas Adjutant General's Department from 2008 to 2017 and holding multiple leadership positions with the Kansas Air National Guard from 1998 to 2004. They earned a BA in Communications from Washburn University and are currently pursuing advanced studies at multiple institutions, including the National Defense University and the Naval Postgraduate School.
