David Schoenfeld is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in data analytics and operations at AT&T since May 2008. Currently serving as Director of Technology, David leads teams focused on Sales Integrity Operations and Call Center Reporting, driving efforts to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior. Previous roles at AT&T include Associate Director of Sales Integrity Analytics, where David utilized data to enhance compliance and integrity, and various positions in advanced analytics and data processing. Prior to AT&T, David held management and programming roles at Patient Care Technologies and MEDITECH, contributing to the development and support of software solutions in healthcare. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a certificate in Programming for the Web from Bentley College.
