Dionne Gule

Dionne Gule is an experienced IoT Solutions Engineer at AT&T, specializing in delivering complex customer solutions for IoT products as the Technical Lead. Since joining AT&T in 2000, Dionne has held various roles including Principal Technical Architect and Senior Network Operations Center Engineer, contributing to technical sales support and network performance management. Notably, Dionne was a Subject Matter Expert for visual voicemail in collaboration with Apple on the iPhone project. Dionne's career began at Voicestream Wireless as a Call Center Representative and included a role as a Nortel Switch Technician at T-Mobile.
