Erian Laperi has extensive experience in technology leadership with a focus on automation and customer experience at AT&T since April 2012. As AVP Technology for Network Simplification Transformation, Erian leads initiatives to modernize engineering and construction processes, achieving significant automation savings. In the role of Director Dispatch Optimization Center of Excellence, Erian promoted a customer-first culture and implemented AI-driven solutions for operational efficiency. As Director of Technology for Data Management and Privacy, Erian co-founded the AT&T Big Data internal startup, fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Earlier roles included overseeing global operations for enterprise customers and various management positions at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. Erian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and the University of Phoenix, respectively.
