Geoff Sutcliffe

Geoff Sutcliffe is an Assistant Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel specializing in intellectual property at AT&T, a position held since 2003. They have a robust background in patent law, having previously served as a Patent Agent at Marks & Murase LLP and as an IP Attorney/Partner at Kilpatrick Stockton LLP. Additionally, Sutcliffe has experience as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO and has taught as an Adjunct Professor of Patent Law at the University of Georgia, School of Law. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
