Jenifer Robertson has been with AT&T since September 2000, currently serving as Executive Vice President & General Manager for AT&T Mass Markets, overseeing field services for various communication products. Previous roles include EVP and Chief Customer Officer for AT&T Consumer, President of Field Operations, Senior Vice President of Technology Strategy, and various positions in corporate strategy and regional management. In addition to AT&T, Jenifer currently holds board positions with Gigapower and CTIA and is a former board member of NCWIT. Jenifer began their career as an IT Systems Analyst at USAA and holds a BA in English and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word.
