John Gibbons

John Gibbons has extensive experience in the telecommunications and network infrastructure sectors, beginning with a role as a Network Test Engineer at UPS from January 1994 to January 1996. This was followed by a position as a Network Operations Engineer at Advantis from January 1996 to January 1997, and subsequently as a Network Design Engineer at IBM Global Services from January 1997 to January 1999. Gibbons then spent nearly two decades at AT&T Labs, serving as Assistant Vice President of Network Infrastructure and Services and as a Lead Member of Technical Staff from January 1999 to September 2018. Educationally, Gibbons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where studies were completed from January 1993 to January 1995.
