Karyne Nguyen

Karyne Nguyen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles, currently serving as the Lead Diversity Consultant — Strategic Segment Lead at AT&T. Previously, Karyne held the position of Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at At Home Group Inc., and served as Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Mr. Cooper. Karyne has also been actively involved in leadership roles within the Asians in Motion Resource Group, serving as Immediate Past President, President, and Vice President. In addition to diverse professional roles, Karyne has a strong educational background, currently participating in the LBJ Women’s Campaign School Executive Development Program at The LBJ School of Public Affairs, following completion of studies at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2021 to 2023.
