Matthias Budde

Matthias Budde serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy for AT&T since June 2023, overseeing strategy across various business segments including consumer and technology. Prior to this role, Matthias held the position of Senior Vice President of Group Strategy & Transformation at Deutsche Telekom from November 2013 to June 2023, responsible for strategic foresight and planning, and serving as co-chair of the strategic investment committee. Matthias's career began at EY as a Senior Consultant before transitioning to Bain & Company, where Matthias was a Partner in the Technology, Telecommunications, and Media Practice for over 14 years. Educationally, Matthias holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and has completed an Executive Education Program in Business Administration at Stanford University.
