Rich Thibodeaux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Director of Market Development at AT&T since 1998. Thibodeaux has a proven track record of leveraging strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators to drive Digital Transformation initiatives, while previously excelling in various leadership roles such as Director of Sales, Executive Deal Lead, and Global Account Director. With a history of surpassing significant sales quotas and managing key accounts for high-profile clients like Ericsson and PepsiCo, Thibodeaux has effectively integrated sales with technical teams to enhance Go-to-Market strategies. Prior to AT&T, Thibodeaux held roles at Sprint and Harris Corporation, contributing to wide-ranging projects including NASA communications systems.
