Richard Budka is a seasoned Global Fraud Leader at AT&T, where they have been instrumental in managing fraud operations since 2010. With a focus on CyberFraud and Identity Theft, Richard leads a team of over 50 investigators to support the company’s comprehensive fraud prevention initiatives. Prior to their current role, Richard held various management positions in Finance, Corporate Security, and Risk Management at AT&T from 1986 to 1993. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Upsala College and a Master of Science in Management Planning from Stevens Institute of Technology.
