Sarah Teachout

Sarah Teachout currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at AT&T since September 2023. Previously, Sarah held various leadership roles at Trinity Industries, Inc., including Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Sr. Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, and Vice President and Deputy General Counsel from June 2015 to September 2023. Prior to that, Sarah was a Partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from October 2012 to June 2015 and at Haynes and Boone, LLP from 1998 to October 2012. Sarah earned a JD in Law from Harvard Law School between 1995 and 1998 and a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Iowa from 1990 to 1995.
