Shamir Shoham

Shamir Shoham is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in data, AI, and technology management. Currently serving as CPO & Head of Data & AI at AT&T since April 2025, Shamir previously held the role of VP, Head of Data & AI Business Unit at Amdocs from May 2024 to February 2025, overseeing a global team of approximately 1,200 and managing P&L responsibilities. Prior roles include VP Products & Solutions at Kramer, VP, Head of Design Business Unit at Stratasys, and VP, Head of Business Line BSS at Ericsson, where achievements included launching groundbreaking products and returning businesses to growth. Shamir's earlier career includes significant positions at Nokia and Amdocs, where leadership in strategy, product management, and consulting contributed to substantial revenue growth.
