Surya Murali is a Principal Data Scientist at AT&T, having advanced through various roles since joining the company in 2019. With over seven years of experience in data science, they previously worked as a Senior Data Scientist, where they developed models that prevented significant fraud losses for the organization. Surya began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati, contributing to a Big Data project aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction through data analysis. They also gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at the Defence Research and Development Organisation, focusing on motor fault diagnosis.
