Weiyi Zhang

Weiyi (Max) Zhang is a Principal Inventive Scientist at AT&T Labs, where they focus on telecommunications networking, optical transport layer systems, and network optimization. With expertise in operation research and combinatorial optimization, they have developed solutions for network design, including protection against outages and statistical models for next-generation network architecture. Previously, they served as an Assistant Professor at North Dakota State University from 2007 to 2010.
