Jeffrey Rogers, MSA, CISSP, CISA, CEH, CFHI, currently serves as the Vice President of Client Success at AttackIQ, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and building trusted partnerships. Prior to this role, Jeffrey was the Vice President of Global Client Success and Support at Cyware, where a customer-centric approach led to significant improvements in satisfaction and retention. At Authentic8, Jeffrey successfully drove product adoption and developed analytics frameworks for account management. As Vice President of Customer Success and Technical Operations at COFENSE, Jeffrey achieved impressive retention rates and contributed to the company's substantial growth.
