Tracey Wignall started working as a Family Room Supervisor at Ronald McDonald House Charities in May 2016. Tracey held this role until July 2020. In July 2020, they joined Attain as a Project Manager, where they currently work.

Tracey Wignall has a diploma in Māori Studies from Waiariki Polytechnic. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera | Google in August 2021, Social Media Marketing Certification Course from HubSpot Academy in July 2021, and Digital Marketing from HubSpot Academy in August 2021.
