Allison Baylis

Allison Baylis, MA, BCBA, LBA, is a Clinical Director with a robust background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Previously, they held positions at organizations such as ABS Kids and Alternative Behavior Strategies Inc., where they developed and implemented behavior intervention plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Allison earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Intercultural Studies from Bethel College and a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a certificate in Autism from Ball State University. They began their career as a student intern at the Family and Children Center and have demonstrated leadership by promoting from a Registered Behavior Technician to a Fellow at Hopebridge. Currently, they lead clinical operations at Attain ABA.
