Naina Leo is a managing director within Attain's Federal Services division with a focus on growing the firm’s Civilian practice. In addition, she leverages her deep government and industry relationships as the Company’s Federal Chief Growth Officer.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the public sector, Naina is a leader known for helping federal government clients transform their organizations using innovative technologies and business practices, including agile software development, process improvement, systems engineering, business analytics, and program management. She has successfully led management consulting engagements and large-scale implementations at the General Services Administration (GSA), the Department of Commerce (DOC), the Department of Transportation (DOT), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and Department of Agriculture (USDA) among many others.

Prior to joining Attain, Naina served as Executive Vice President at NetImpact Strategies, where she was responsible for the company’s Federal Civilian business unit. Earlier in her career, she served in leadership roles at companies including PwC, IBM, and Octo Consulting Group.

Naina holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Commerce from the University of Minnesota; a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from the University of Bombay, India. Additionally, she is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) through the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) and a Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional (GRCP).
