SVP Of Engineering at Attain

Glendon McCreary has an extensive and diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Glendon is currently serving as the SVP of Engineering at Attain since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at EMX Digital from 2018 to 2022, holding the positions of SVP of Engineering and VP of Engineering.

Before joining EMX Digital, Glendon worked at Neustar, Inc. from 2015 to 2017 as the Director of Software Engineering. During their tenure, they managed multiple teams responsible for advancing the frontend and service layers for the reporting and analytics portion of Neustar's PlatformOne DMP. Glendon also played a key role in simplifying and improving the underlying data model of the platform using a domain-driven design approach. Additionally, Glendon was a strong advocate for adopting lean startup principles and promoting collaboration between product, engineering, and quality assurance teams.

Prior to Neustar, Glendon served as the Manager of Software Engineering at Aggregate Knowledge, a Neustar Service, from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they managed a team responsible for the UI and service layer of Neustar's Aggregate Knowledge analytics platform. Glendon successfully integrated the platform into Neustar's PlatformOne DMP offering and introduced agile practices to the engineering team.

Glendon's earlier experience includes working at Nextag from 2008 to 2014. Glendon held various roles during their time at the company, including Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineer, Team Lead, and Software Engineer. Glendon led teams in designing and modernizing the frontend platform, transitioning to automated tests, and developing a revamped Merchant Dashboard platform using Ruby on Rails.

Glendon McCreary's education history began in 2003 when they enrolled at the University of California, Davis. While studying abroad, they did not pursue a specific degree but focused on expanding their knowledge in computer science.
