Patrick's extensive career at STMicroelectronics spanned over a decade, starting as a Senior Process Engineer and advancing to Head of Human Resources, with additional responsibilities in HR Administration, Payroll, Training, and Total Quality Management. Patrick began professional life as a Lieutenant in the Armed Forces of Malta in 1988. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from the University of Malta, attained between 1982 and 1988.
