Healing from trauma should never depend on your ability to pay. 

ATTCH Niagara is a non-profit trauma-specialized mental health clinic in St. Catharines, dedicated to making high-quality, evidence-based trauma therapy accessible to individuals facing financial barriers to care. We support those impacted by complex and developmental trauma, including neglect, exposure to violence, sexual assault, domestic violence, childhood abuse, home invasions, human trafficking and exploitation, and traumatic loss such as death by murder or suicide.

Our team provides trauma-focused, attachment-informed therapy for people experiencing significant mental health challenges who otherwise could not afford support. We also offer community outreach, neurofeedback sessions, and trauma-focused groups and workshops to help regulate the nervous system, build resilience, and foster lasting healing.

To expand our impact, we provide specialized trauma-informed training and consultation to professionals, organizations, and communities, helping them respond more safely and effectively to trauma. These services help sustain our ability to offer low-cost and free therapy to underserved residents in the Niagara region.

In 2024–2025 alone, ATTCH Niagara served 285 clients through 2,418 therapy sessions, achieved an average 17-point reduction in PTSD symptoms, and helped many clients move from severe to moderate levels of anxiety, depression, and stress. We also trained over 385 professionals, including 121 in trauma-specialized therapy intervention.
