Mimmi Heiska

Mimmi Heiska has a diverse work experience, starting as a Sales Attendant at R-kioski Oy in 2005. Mimmi then worked as a Bank Clerk at Nordea from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they worked as an Accountant at Oulaisten Tilitoimisto from 2009 to 2013. In 2015, they joined Infratek, where they held the positions of Head of Payroll and Payroll Specialist until 2021. Mimmi then worked in Human Resources at Kastelli Group Oy from 2021 to 2022 and Ppshp from 2022 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Payroll at Attendo Suomi, starting in October 2022.

From 2022 to 2023, they attended Rastor-instituutti and obtained a degree in Human Resources Manager.

In 2021, they also attended Rastor-instituutti and earned a degree in HR Specialist. During the same year, they completed a program in HR Liiketoiminnan kumppanina at Rastor-instituutti.

Prior to their time at Rastor-instituutti, they attended the University of Vaasa in 2021, where they pursued a degree in Management and Organizations.

In 2004 to 2007, they studied at Oulaisten Instituutti and graduated with a degree in Economics, specializing in Finance and Financial Management.

Apart from their formal education, in 2019, they completed a Supervisor Coaching program at Taitotalo, Infratek Finland Oy.

Mimmi also has a certification in Työhyvinvointikortti, obtained in January 2022 from Työturvallisuuskeskus ry.

In 2019, they pursued a course in Accounting and Finance at the University of Eastern Finland.

Furthermore, in 2016 to 2017, they attended Markkinointi-instituutti and studied Payroll.
