Terhi Lindgren

Terhi Lindgren has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR strategy, policy development, and cultural change. Terhi has held various leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer at Attendo Suomi, where they led the cultural change in the social and healthcare industry in Finland. Prior to that, they were the Chief HR Officer at HUONE Events Hotel, responsible for building and leading the HR function for the company's international expansion.
