Tiina Viitanen

Tiina Viitanen currently serves as the Quality Director at Attendo Suomi, responsible for managing daily quality operations, designing follow-up action plans, and overseeing communication and reporting related to quality outcomes. Prior to this role, Tiina held various positions at Posti Group Oyj from August 2008 to March 2023, including Senior Manager with responsibilities in business strategy and compliance, Senior Quality Manager, and Development and Environmental Manager, where key achievements included leading the creation of ISO14001 certification procedures and developing the Itella Green product line. Tiina's educational background encompasses advanced executive training at Aalto University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Turku University of Applied Sciences, supplemented by studies in Germany.
